Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind every VÍGO piece—each drop is limited and made with care. Because of this, we do not offer refunds. If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help with an exchange as outlined below.


Exchanges (Wrong Size Only):

  • Eligibility window: Request within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
  • Condition: Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags/labels intact. Any QR/NFC/authentication tags must remain attached and unregistered.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to available inventory. Our drops are small-batch; if the size you need is sold out, we’ll issue store credit for the item price (shipping not included).
  • Non-eligible items: Final sale items, customized pieces, or items marked non-returnable are not eligible for exchange.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it with the same product and size if available. If replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue store credit. (No refunds.)


How to Start an Exchange

  1. Email bysmithllc@vigonyc.com with your order number, item name, size received, and the size you need.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and availability and provide return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll ship out the exchange or issue store credit if your size isn’t available.


Shipping for Exchanges:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made an error (wrong or defective item).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Please use a trackable service; VÍGO is not responsible for lost return packages.


Conditions We Reserve:

VÍGO reserves the right to deny exchanges that don’t meet the conditions above or show signs of wear/use, odors, stains, pet hair, or missing tags.
